All legal transactions, payments, and customer support are managed by Team Doctor Bilal Fit FZE-LLC.

1. Orders & Payments
* All amounts are in AED and VAT (5%) is charged separately, following UAE regulations.
* Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
* Once placed, orders cannot be changed or cancelled after 24 hours.

2. Shipping

•  UAE Delivery: 2–4 working days

•  Em.pwr is not responsible for courier delays or customs hold-ups.

3. Return & Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds on any orders.
We do not accept exchanges for slight color differences caused by lighting or device screen variations.

We accept exchanges only in the following cases:

* You received a wrong size or a damaged item
* You raise the request within 2 days of receiving the order
* The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
❌ Exchanges will not be accepted if:
* The item has been worn, washed, or returned without original packaging
* The request is made after 2 days of delivery
🔁 Exchange Shipping Policy:
* The shipping charges for sending the item back and for reshipping the new size will be covered by the customer.
* Repeated misuse of our exchange policy may lead to restriction of future purchases.

4. VAT Policy
* A 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) is exclusively added in all product prices.
* VAT is non-refundable, including in cases of approved exchanges.

All content, product designs, images, and branding on this website are the exclusive property of Em.pwr active wear and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without permission.
